Due to the nature of the products, refunds will only be subject to Brits Padel’s discretion.

- Products must be unused and in their original packaging to be considered for return.
- Refund requests must be made within 7 days of receiving the product.

- Used, damaged, or customized items cannot be refunded or exchanged.
